In September this year we had twenty enthusiastic people, which consisted of friends and family, enter the Tough Mudder challenge in West Sussex.
T he aim was once again to promote the charity, but more importantly, to try to raise some much needed funds. The course itself was 5km in length with 13 obstacles which included, crawling under Army nets, wading through cold water, climbing nets 40 foot high, jumping over swamps and running through an electric tangled field giving out 10,000 volts!
All these obstacles required grit, bravery, determination and most importantly teamwork. Our ‘mudders’ were fantastic on the day, with everyone giving 100% and we’re glad to say all twenty completed the arduous task despite being bruised and battered and they were all welcomed at the end by our number 1 supporter, Olivia herself. ❤️
Also, we would like to give special mention to all of the Livvy Lous Loved Ones team of supporters who gave so much energy on the side cheering and willing us on throughout.
I'm happy to share with you all that everyone involved managed to raise a whopping £12k for the charity which is simply unbelievable. Please feel free to scroll through the photos and see what our ‘tough mudders’ went through and accomplished.
The charity would like to thank every single person who donated but especially our ‘Tough Mudders’ - Marc Coleman, Kris Coleman, Daniel Mcloone, Simon Rae, Ellis Rae, Lily Burgess, Sean Ryan, Andrew Buchan, David Rose, Lisa Wimhurst, Chris Wimhurst, Gary Ryan, Claire Hurworth, Mark Hurworth, Charlie Motton, Charlie Nicholas, Ralph Coleman, Jay Whiteman and Alfie Anderson.
